AHHHHHH.
^I guess that explains me right now.
In a little less than 3 weeks, I'll be in Ecuador! (This.... this is craziness.) My heart and mind are being pulled in so many different ways right now... I'm excited, nervous, anxious, looking forward to meeting new people and immersing myself into a completely different culture, but still sad I'll be leaving my friends here.
But. I've gotta do this. Studying abroad for a whole semester didn't seem like a reality for me for awhile, but it's definitely a part of God's plan that I didn't realize until this year!
So, am I ready? Nope.
Should I be ? Nah.
Can I be? Maybe.
I'll be the only student from my school on this program, so this will definitely be a huge growing experience for me---being on my own, with un(but soon to be!)familiar faces, in a different country, a different way of life, all of that (yikes!... yay?!?!).
But I can't wait. (Literally.) I've already started e-mailing/facebooking with some of the other students in my program, and they seem pretty cool and just as excited, which is good to know!
Lastly, I just wanted to let you all know that I really want to use this blog as one of the main ways to keep in contact with you all and let you know what I'm up to. I'm going to miss you guys for this next semester, but Ecuador beckons!
